Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 5–7 business days unless otherwise stated (for example, pre-order or limited-edition items).
During new releases, holidays, or restocks, please allow a few extra days for processing.

Pre-Orders

If your order includes a pre-order item, your full order will ship once all items are in hand. Estimated ship dates are listed in each product description. Please note that pre-order timelines can shift slightly due to production schedules.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
We ship worldwide using USPS, UPS, or Asendia, depending on destination and package weight.

  • Domestic (U.S.) Orders: Typically delivered within 3–5 business days once shipped.

  • International Orders: Delivery time varies by country but generally takes 7–21 business days.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees once the package reaches your country.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking number to activate after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as “delivered” by the carrier.
If your order arrives damaged or fails to arrive, please contact us at support@pincoremerch.com with your order number, and we’ll do our best to assist.

Address Changes

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
If you need to make a change, email us immediately — once your order ships, we can’t modify the address.
